The Promise Land
You may recall from that video that Chris had an aera ear-marked for a Beekeeper and an orchard for 6 years. An orchard is great for honey bees and honey bees are great for an orchard so this was a great plan! Now, some 4-5 years later, post pandemic, The Promise Land Volunteers have finally planted over 20 saplings.

As you can see from a video of one of my first encounters (which is on our videos page) with Chris Hardy on the Promise Land Site (long before Bee Blest and it’s apiary were established), this charity share many of our values.
